CIFANG is a full-scope delivery partner for night tourism and landmark creation: feasibility study and planning, lighting and shadow design, engineering delivery and show content — one team from start to finish.

The team is led by Dr. DAI Qifan (代棋帆), holder of one of China's first doctorates in environmental planning and design, combining academic depth with engineering delivery. Signature projects include the riverside light environment and light show in Xuan'en, Hubei; 《龙船春韵》 and the 《凉城温度计》 cultural-tourism landmark in Lichuan; and the Qinghe Song Street project in Fuyang, Anhui.
